My experience with Baer Realty was outstanding.  This was the first property sale that I have ever done, and I knew that I needed some help.  Jan and Dave’s great advice helped us to maximize the sale price we received for our 1,004 sq ft condominium unit.  Their work helped to attract 11 potential buyers and generated 3 contract offers the first weekend we listed the property for sale.

The condo was located in a community that is appealing for first time home buyers – and so we had to make many improvements prior to listing, including new carpet and paint, new GFI electrical sockets, a window replacement, and several other things in order to make the unit move-in ready for a new owner.  While these improvements took time and cost money, they also enabled the homebuyer to obtain a mortgage for the newly improved property without having to pay for the needed improvements later – which is the reason we got offers so quickly.  We recovered our investment in the upgrades that Jan and Dave recommended in the sale price we eventually received.

Dave Baer also went above and beyond the call of duty by bird dogging some additional work on the unit that resulted from the property inspection report while my wife and I were traveling.  He even helped us physically remove some trashy items from a storage locker that we found was associated with our unit a couple of days prior to closing.  There are plenty of realtors out there, but you’d have a tough time finding one that works as hard as Dave to help property owners get to closing.

In summary, I highly recommend Baer Realty.   Jan and Dave are fantastic people who know their stuff, and will actually work for you.  You won’t find a better realty company than Baer Realty.
